Important Payment Information
Students must pay at least one-third of the total semester fees in cash, and submit two post-dated checks. The date of the second check should be payable before the beginning of the final exams as shown on the academic calendar.

Refund Policy
  • Student shall apply for refund by submitting the specified form.
  • Application and Admission Fees are non-refundable.
  • Students who withdraw before semester commencement will be refunded 100% of the paid tuition fees.
  • Students who withdraw within one week of semester commencement will forfeit the 1/3 of the tuition fees. The College will return 2/3 of the tuition fees.
  • The entire first semester tuition fee is non-refundable for students who withdraw after one week from semester commencement. This includes the PDC.
  • A student who is suspended or expelled from the College for disciplinary reasons forfeits all rights to any refunds.

Scholarships & Discounts

CUCA is committed to offering top-quality education to students from all tiers of society, regardless of gender, race, religion, or nationality. CUCA recognizes that financial considerations play an important role in a student’s decision to pursue higher education. Hence, the College offers a number of grants, allowances and scholarships.

CUCA offers the following discounts and scholarships for students:

  • A scholarship of 20% on the tuition fees for brothers, sisters, or spouses studying at CUCA (both family members must register in the same semester in order to take advantage of this discount) for undergraduate program.
  • A scholarship of 10% on the tuition fees for brothers, sisters, or spouses studying at CUCA (both family members must register in the same semester in order to take advantage of this discount) for Health Science programs.
  • A scholarship of 15% on the tuition fees for brothers, sisters, or spouses studying at CUCA (both family members must register in the same semester in order to take advantage of this discount) for graduate program.

The Individual Needs Scholarship is a type of scholarship awarded on a case-by-case basis. Students must present evidence of financial hardship to Student Affairs or Registration for approval. Students under this scholarship must maintain class attendance of not less than 80% and a certain CGPA approved by the scholarship committee.

The Merit Scholarship is upto 50% reduction of the tuition fee. CUCA awards this scholarship to new students with a secondary school score of 90% and above with a condition to maintain a CGPA 3.8 and above, and registering minimum of 15 CH in each semester.

The Rashid Bin Humaid Scholarship is a merit scholarship which aims to ensure that financial difficulties do not bar qualified students from pursuing higher education.

Hence, the University offers a number of grants and allowances under the Rashid Bin Humaid Scholarship Program to ensure that adverse financial situations do not prevent exceptionally talented students from achieving their higher education goals at CU. Scholarship is available to all students, who meet the prescribed criteria. Students may apply for a scholarship on the basis of academic excellence, athletic achievements, and financial challenges. The scholarship is tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of each student and may be provided via any of the following modes work-study opportunities, grants, allowances, and employment opportunities. Application forms can be obtained from the Registration Department and must be submitted with all the required documents relevant to support scholarship requests. Short-listed students will be called for an interview and scholarships will be awarded purely on merit basis through an approved process.
